SHUT THE FRONT DOOR! IT'S GLUTEN FREE AND IT DOESN'T SUCK!
I started this bakery after my daughter had been diagnosed with Celiac. My kitchen became a workshop , filled with experimentation and the sweet aroma of baked goods. I poured my heart into every batch. And slowly, magically, something wonderful happened. My gluten-free baked goods didn’t suck and I knew my mission had expanded. I wasn't just baking for my daughter, I was baking so everyone could savor the simple pleasure of a delicious treat, without the worry of gluten.
So, here I am, your friendly neighborhood baker, armed with a whisk, a smile, and a passion for gluten-free goodness.
